Dr. Vivian Passion Koh is a global educator, bestselling author, and soul storyteller who transforms lives through her signature PLG Framework: Purpose, Love, Gratitude.
Crowned Mrs. Singapore Asia Pacific 2019 and awarded the TKS Crown for Compassion in 2020, Dr. Vivian has spent over two decades mentoring students, parents, and thought leaders across Asia. She is the founder of Pay Kindness Forward and the visionary creator behind emotionally intelligent tools for education, healing, and human development. Since 2009, she has run First Class Tuition Agency, serving families with integrity and impact.
Through books, music, and presence, Dr. Vivian helps people turn mess into message, pain into power, and potential into legacy. She resides in Singapore with her beloved daughter, Olivia—her greatest teacher in love and truth.
Today, she is on a global mission to educate, inspire, and catalyze change through the Pay Kindness Forward movement—an initiative aligned with the United Nationss' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for 2030.
